Refund policy

At 72 Threads, we take pride in the quality of our apparel — from infant onesies to adult polos. Each item is carefully produced and inspected. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please review our return and refund policy below.


✅ Eligible for Return or Refund

We only accept returns or offer refunds for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. This includes:

  • Shirt colors are faded or misprinted

  • Incorrect size received (not as ordered)

  • Shirt arrives torn, broken, or damaged

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include a photo and a brief description of the issue

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition


❌ Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Customer-ordered the wrong size or color

  • Normal wear and tear or damage after use

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery
